Le Cirque at the Bellagio Will Reopen October 28 - Eater Vegas

"Las Vegas French fine dining icon Le Cirque is, at long last, reopening October 28, with new executive chef Dameon Evers at its helm. The fountain-side Bellagio restaurant has been closed since March 17, 2020, when Nevada first mandated all casinos, resorts, restaurants, and bars in the state shut down to stem the spread of COVID-19. On June 4, 2020, the state allowed casinos to reopen, albeit with restrictions, and just shy of a year later, on June 1, 2021, those in Clark County were given the go-ahead to return to 100 percent capacity. Nearly all of Bellagio’s dining establishments, including its buffet, have since reopened — but not Le Cirque. Steering Le Cirque’s much-anticipated reopening is California chef Dameon Evers, who brings some noteworthy pedigree from an eight-year stint under Thomas Keller at defunct Beverly Hills restaurant Bouchon, plus time at Gordon Ramsay’s West Hollywood restaurant, and Michelin-starred seafood spot Angler, among others. Le Cirque at the Bellagio, an offshoot of the original famed New York City establishment of the same name, opened in 1999, with an extravagant, multi-colored circus tent-like interior and French tasting menus featuring now-iconic dishes like its lobster salad and potato-encrusted sea bass. Le Cirque will reopen for dinner service from Thursday to Saturday, 5 to 10 p.m." - Valerie Silva

Seeing a show. O by Cirque du Soleil is the most famous for good reason, but Love is a must if you’re a Beatles fan. The days of Celine Dion are long gone, but you should be able to find a big star putting on a show.

Seeing “O” by Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas is, without a doubt, one of the most unforgettable experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment you step into the theater, you’re transported into a surreal world where every sense is engaged. I purchased a front-row seat and have absolutely no regrets — it’s worth every penny. The water splashing, the ambient sounds, and even the subtle scents in the air completely pulled me into the magic of the show. The level of skill displayed by the acrobats is beyond impressive. For the entire two-hour performance, I didn’t notice a single visible mistake. Every movement is flawlessly executed, whether it’s on stage, underwater, or soaring through the air. The original music that accompanies each scene is hauntingly beautiful — truly out of this world. “O” is more than just a performance; it’s a full sensory journey that makes you forget where you are. It’s perfect for a romantic date, a family outing, or an unforgettable night with friends. This is an experience everyone should have at least once in their lifetime. A must-see if you’re in Las Vegas — don’t miss it.

I’ve been dreaming of seeing Cirque du Soleil for a long time, but could never decide which show to attend. I also had a separate dream of seeing a water-themed circus in China. Who would’ve thought both dreams would come true in Las Vegas? “O” by Cirque du Soleil is absolutely breathtaking. Every single detail is meticulously thought out from beginning to end — the costumes, the choreography, the characters. The entire performance keeps you completely captivated. Your eyes are constantly darting between stunning details and clever distractions on stage. It’s a true masterpiece of art, emotion, and imagination. This show is an experience you must see at least once in your life! Edit: I read that some people were disappointed with their seats, so I wanted to recommend the ones we had — they were very close, offered a great view, and made it easy to fully immerse yourself in the show. And the best part? You won’t have to sell a kidney to afford them!

Google
Just watched this show last night. I honestly don't understand all the one-star reviews. If you're triggered by fire like those other reviewers stated, then yes, don't come to the show. It's really not that bad seeing a person on fire. You see worse things on TV shows and movies. I'm sure there's all sorts of safety protocols taken for that part of the act. Some will complain about the humidity. Well of course it's humid. There's a huge pool of water in the building. What did you expect? We're from Florida so it didn't bother us. It really wasn't that hot in the building like others claim. Just remember that humidity is good for your skin, especially when you're out here in the dry heat in Vegas. The only thing I agree with the disgruntled reviewers are about the two clowns that come out throughout the show. Their acts are okay, but could be funnier. I always love when they interact with the audience though. Yeah, there isn't a clear storyline with this show that we could figure out, but watching all the acrobatics and swimming performances was absolutely amazing. So much going on at the same time. How they managed to build such a stage for a show like this must have been incredibly challenging. Please help us all enjoy this show by showing up on time so we're not having our views blocked by you coming in late and the ushers having to help you find your seat in the dark. Also, please don't hold conversations during the show, especially if they're not about the show. Yes, we can hear you talking. If it's that important, go outside the theater. You're annoying the rest us.

This was one of the best performances we have ever seen before. The synchrony of the performers was incredible, as was the use of props and the natural elements. We were totally blown away by the show and would highly recommend it as a must see in Las Vegas.

This is the second time I’ve seen this show. TAKE NOTE: We felt like we had the best seats in the house without being in the front row and in the splash zone. We were in the lower center section, in row H, aisle seats on the left side when you’re facing the stage. The reason why we loved these seats was because of the characters that come into the audience. Those moments were happening up close and we were apart of them. Priceless experience. I’d see this show from every angle of the theater if I could.

Google
What an amazing show! I do recommend getting lower seats and we were in the balcony and missed out on seeing some of the crowd interactions below. Though our seats did have an amazing view and we were able to see everything on stage. Speaking of the stage wow! Incredible, I’m always so blown away by these stages and their moving parts. Sets are amazing props are amazing the costumes are just beautiful! The performers are spectacular.

Excellent show, maybe the best of the Circus! Expect water, amazing performance and artists, great flow, you really will enjoy the visto, no doubt.

We saw the Netflix Documentary, Without a Net, a few years ago and we have since wanted to watch this show. Finally had a chance over the christmas holidays and it was phenomenal! We watched in awe from start to end. Tickets are pricey but so worth it! Don’t hesitate, this is a must-see show when in Las Vegas!

Yelp
This will be my 2nd time watching "O" by Cirque du Soleil. Every time I visited Las Vegas in the past, I would watch a different show or at least try to. I love the artistry, athleticism and precision that they perform at. Like all Cirque du Soleil shows, there is so much going on that you have to observe visually to enjoy.

Yelp
I am admittedly not a fan of circuses - or circi? No, circuses - even though I don't like how that sounds. Anyway, my dislike of them have kept me away from Cirque du Solei shows - it just never piqued my interest. That all changed though when I was planning my trip to Vegas; I was looking for shows to see and many friends I talked to recommended Cirque - but which one to choose? O came highly recommended and the reviews were great, so I booked it and off I went. There are several Cirque shows that have residencies in Vegas - at least four from what I can remember. O is located in the Bellagio and has been performed here since 1998. Each Cirque show has its own theme, with this one being water-based. I will not go into too much detail with the story, but the show consists of the expected acrobatics combined with a large pool on the stage that is used as part of the storyline. There was a lot going on and several storylines, but it was all pretty cohesive and the music really tied everything together. Because of the use of water, there are several seating areas deemed the "wet zone" where you may be splashed - but that's specified when you purchase your tickets so you can plan accordingly. I also didn't realize until 3/4 into the show that the music was live - the orchestra sits in balcony areas behind transparent screens as not to get the instruments wet. The show lasted 90 minutes which was the perfect length - and overall O really exceeded my expectations. I learned that my aversion to circuses was wrongly extended to Cirque, and I would definitely recommend O to others; honestly I would see it again myself. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Vegas.

Yelp
This was actually my second time watching this show--the first time was two years ago. That night, the host mentioned that the creator and director had recently passed away, so watching it again now, I was curious to see how things had changed under new direction. What's Different? The overall story remains the same, but I noticed some acrobatic elements were removed, and the scenes and tricks felt less intense compared to my first experience. The storytelling didn't feel as strong, and my group found it harder to follow what the show was trying to convey. That being said, the stage design is still incredible--the way the curtain is removed, almost as if it's flying open by magic, remains one of the most stunning elements. However, the performers just weren't the same, and the energy felt different this time. Other Observations: Previously, guests were invited to take a tourist photo before the show at the "O" status. This time, we realized the photos were printed already after the show instead, so we are upset that we missed that part. The staff didn't seem as engaged as before, possibly because the process of printing photos that people don't buy creates waste. A digital option might be more practical and eco-friendly. Final Thoughts: One highlight of seeing the show at Bellagio is that you can watch the fountain show with music right after, since it's on the way back to the main street. However, I'm not sure if I'd watch it a third time, especially with so many other circus-style shows in Vegas. While it's still a great production, the changes make me feel like I'd rather try something new next time.

Yelp
I'm always amazed by cirque du soleil! The nonverbal story telling using costumes and scenery are always so descriptive. And the acrobatics are always so captivating.

Yelp
Brought parents over years ago with premium seating. I was very impressed. Brought kiddos back this time with balcony seats. Premium seating is definitely worth the price. A lot more interactions and better visibility. Balcony seating was okay but effect was heavily discounted. O is definitely my favorite cirque du soleil show. The water element is well illustrated and the setting is just breathtaking. I would like to be back with kiddos a few years later with premium seating. This is one show that I would not be tired of. Beautiful!

Yelp
I wanted to see Ka, but they didn't have any shows the weekend I was in Vegas. I decided on "O" because I've always wanted to see a Cirque du Soleil show and thought the water features would be cool/different. I was honestly disappointed. There's no story line..it's just veryyyy random. I didn't understand why they included a lot of the stuff they did. Of course, the acrobatics were amazing, but that was about it. It made me even more sad that I wasn't able to see Ka, which does have a story line. I sat about halfway up the front section. I think I would actually recommend sitting at the back of the front or front of the back section of the bottom (underneath the upper section), if that makes sense. In the beginning, they do some stuff between the two bottom sections and something comes down from the ceiling. I had to turn around to see it, which was a bit uncomfortable for me. You're not really missing anything if you don't turn around, but something to consider. Overall, I'd say go see a different Cirque show.

Yelp
I've been wanting to see this for DECADES. After watching Mystere back in the 90s, O has been on my list. Finally got around to it and WOW. I was left speechless, jaw dropped for the 1st half of the show. Then nail biting and gasping out loud for the 2nd half. These performers are fearless acrobats, gymnasts, divers, aquatics dancers, and their flexibility is just amazing. Nothing I've seen before. EVER. Just when I thought their next act act couldn't possibly top this. It DID. Highly recommend. Row F section 103 was perfect.

Yelp
October Sat 7pm It took us 30 minutes to walk from Palazzo. It was warm outside, and warm enough inside that I didn't need my poncho. We sat in section 203, row Q. Any higher and you would miss the action from the ceiling, but that was about 20 seconds of the show. I had high hopes for O because I had heard it was the best cirque du soliel show. Out of the shows that I've seen I like this one the least. There were a lot of things I couldn't figure out, like the procession of characters, and the seemingly random happenings in the background. I wasn't entertained by the clowns so their scenes felt protracted. The acts I enjoyed were the dancing on the lily pad towards the beginning, the diving from the swings, and the lyra. But overall, the pacing felt slow. Maybe newer cirque du soliel shows spoiled me with nonstop thrilling entertainment, or maybe synchronized swimming is just not really my thing. My in-laws loved it but my husband was also not loving it. Worth checking out, but maybe as one of your first forays into cirque du soliel.

Yelp
I have heard about the "O by Cirque du Soleil" show for many years, and finally had a chance to watch it when the 3 of us vacationed in Las Vegas last month!  We were glad that we got to watch this wonderful show! The O theatre is located inside the Bellagio Hotel.  The theatre is beautiful and magnificent, and the water stage is amazing that it could transition from super deep to shallow in a matter of minutes to accommodate different acts seamlessly.  I especially love the episode of the fire acrobatics that reminded me of the amazing fire dance by indigenous warriors in the Polynesian Cultural Center in Hawaii that I watched years ago; and the memorable episode of high diving with marvelous skills and amazing artistry. The act of 3 divers jumping from a very high platform to a small target really left me in awe!  Many of the O performers were very professional with Olympic levels of skills! We bought tickets online and picked the "Golden Circle" seats that offer excellent views of all the acts, they were really the best seats of the theatre.  However, it was not cheap! Three tickets plus tax and many fees came up to $811, that was $270 each!  The 90-minute show with no intermission was interrupted once by "technical problems" for about 7 to 10 minutes, that was about an hour into the show.  The announcement asked the audience to remain seated, so we knew that it was something that they could resolve rather quickly, and they did.  Since all 3 of us enjoyed the show very much, the high price and technical glitches did not affect the 5-star rating that the performers had earned.  We highly recommend the O show!

Yelp
i have been wanting to go to cirque du soleil for years, and my friend surprised me with tickets on my first vegas trip! we enjoyed a fantastic performance, from beginning to end you feel immersed in the experience. not sure of the plot but it was beautifully arranged nonetheless. the theatre is large, and they do make the audience feel like a part of the performance which i loved. O should absolutely be on your list if you're visiting Las Vegas!

Yelp
We celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary/Christmas and my early birthday gift by attending "O" it was my pick of shows I'd been wanting to see since my viewing of Cirque du Soleil: Without a Net" on Amazon. It was an exciting entergectic show that kept us captivated from start to finish! Not only the performers' high energy, but the beautiful musical scores breathed life into each independent act. I particularly loved the highly skilled acrobatics in and over the water, the fire dancers, and Asian performers! Bravo! Everyone, from the ticket lady who helped choose our fantastic and comfortable seats to the inside ushers everything went remarkably well. We are retired, from Illinois, living in Las Vegas for 5 years now and this was our first showing. I highly recommend your mesmerizing show to all locals and visitors!
google avatar

Grier F.

Yelp
Truly a work of art! The way everything is coordinated. The live music too! The only thing I did not enjoy was that they do not allow pictures. There are employees that walk around like strict hall monitors telling people to put their phones away every 5 minutes. The performances were beautiful, they didn't have a story though. It was just a bunch of random scenes such as a safari, floating house with clowns, and merry go round horses floating.
google avatar

Joy B.

Yelp
This one is the best. Hands down. Stop reading reviews and spoiling it for yourself. Just go see it. Thank me later.
google avatar

Ellen W.

Yelp
Must see! The show was the best Cirque du Soleil show I've ever seen! I was mesmerized by all the performers. I also loved how they were very interactive with the audience, but I won't ruin the surprise for anyone. Please see the show!
google avatar

Felicity C.

Yelp
We got the best seats and finally got to see this most famous and popular show, but the whole group agree it's actually not the best as it's reputation. We have seen a lot of shows in town, even other cirque du soleil performances, but O and Ka are definitely our favorites. Mystery and MJ one are much better.
google avatar

Jazlyn F.

Yelp
Based on reviews we booked this show. Thursday night at 9:30pm. We were disappointed.Do not understand the high reviews. 1. There is no story line that you can follow. 2. There's too much going on at once. 3. The divers are great but that's about it. 4. My husband was even falling asleep. I don't think they have updated the show since it first came out. 5. Definitely for an older crowd. 6. Cheesy clowns. Not that funny. 7. You don't have to dress up for the show unless you are going to a nice dinner after. 8. Seats are tiny, not good if you are plus sized. Tip. Do not pay for overpriced photos at the end. They will try and charge you $200+ for photos. Just wait till the next day and scan the QR code and you can purchase a single digital for $40 or all digital copies for $80.
google avatar

Tiffany P.

Yelp
Everyone so talented! I seen the samurai show and they are both great! Music was nice. There was a man on fire! The divers were so brave, we were a little late but drinks and snacks available for purchase. We had wonderful seats. There was a huge dragon head that carried the lonely boy, it was cool. Swimmers appeared to be the tale in the water. Swimmers look so cool with their long dreadlocks. The flippers on the ship hanging from the ceiling was amazing! Those ppl are so talented. The three ladies wearing red that are freakishly flexible omg hats off to you. That was amazing to watch, I held my breath it was smarty but awesome! The two clowns on a house boat, that was cute.
google avatar

Brian M.

Yelp
Compared to the other cirque shows, this is now only the unique show that takes place on a solid stage that converts to a deep pool stage with water acts. It is literally a "technological marvel" adding special effects with art, acrobatic performances, and beauty on a show stage. It is a must see for one seeing a show in LV.
google avatar

Trinity P.

Yelp
I was here while cruising THE Bellagio hotel! The auditorium is so huge and there is plenty of room for everyone! They also sell treats and bites like popcorn outside the theatre. Show tickets aren't cheap, and it depends on if you like the show's genre or not to decide if your money's worth! I had a fantastic time touring the theatre and enjoying shows. The one I saw was very, very abstract and wild. I truly love this place, a representation of Vegas!
google avatar

Angela C.

Yelp
I had high expectations for "O" because it's supposedly the "best" Cirque de Soleil show, so I was a bit disappointed. There's no doubt the performers are incredibly talented, but I just found the sequences kind of boring and thought there'd be more aerial work and acrobatics mixed in with the water performances. I didn't like the baby schtick in Mystere, and didn't like the clown schtick in O. Just felt like way too much filler for an expensive show. Cirque du Soleil shows from favorite to least so far: - Mystere - O - Michael Jackson One - KA
google avatar

Chris R.

Yelp
This was the most beautiful and amazing performance art experience I've ever had. The water stage is unbelievable as the performers dive, run, and are elevated from the water into a dizzying combination of dance, gymnastics, and acrobatics. So well arranged and performed by some of the most amazing entertainers you will find. Diving from 120 feet up in the air into a relatively small opening on the stage with 1800 people watching from the arena is pretty freaking amazing. Our only complaint was that the storyline made no sense. It's an "improvisational " take on WATER as the main character. Mimes, random characters, and no dialogue made it hard to follow in any way. Just forget what the show might be trying to say and just enjoy the breathtaking performances and stage production.
google avatar

Eric B.

Yelp
Over the years, I've attended several Cirque Du Soleil shows here in Las Vegas (Mystere, Love, and now O) and under the "Big Top" in the Bay Area. Each show is a masterpiece of acrobatics, clowns, skits, high wire acts, audience participation, and music. I've found that the stories behind the title are a little thin, and part of the challenge is having the 3-dimensional sense to figure out where the next act is coming from and where it goes afterwards. In any event the creativity and artistry of this circus troupe never fails to impress. O is perhaps the most visually stunning Cirque du Soleil production I've seen and in a theater that I believe was specifically designed for this show. Watching a high wire act end with a long dive into the water was impressive and how they mixed and matched the aqueous parts of the show was nothing short of amazing.
google avatar

Cara T.

Yelp
This show was spectacular! I've truly never seen anything like it. It is magical and the use of the pool is honestly jaw dropping! The talent of the performers is incredible! It is everything you want out of a Vegas performance and more! The venue is beautiful and has a bar/snack stand and a souvenir store right outside. The seats are super comfortable! We went on a Wednesday night and purchased limited view seats. We were so happy that the house manager moved us to the middle since there were empty seats! I know this doesn't happen all the time, but you may luck out with incredible seats for a cheaper price! I would recommend everyone to see this show if you are visiting Vegas. It is beautiful, imaginative, and full of WOW factor!
google avatar

Yelp
Stupendous! Amazing! Beautiful! These are some of the words you'll probably find yourself using to describe this flagship Cirque performance. 25 years old and still going strong, this is the show to see if you only see one show in Vegas. The amazing acrobatics combined with the water aspect of this show make it truly unique. I don't want to give it all away, but you really get the best of Cirque here. Acrobatics. Music. Fire. Clowns. All of it. The music in particular is hauntingly beautiful. Splurge for La Grande Experience if you can. This VIP package gets you a champagne reception pre-show with snacks and a beautiful professional photo with some of the cast and a video behind the scenes tour. You're then whisked away to your private suite in the theater where your personal cocktail server will bring you more champagne or other beverages of your choice included with the package (and popcorn too). This is the way to see O, but see it whatever way you can. You won't be disappointed!
google avatar

Lourdes V.

Yelp
Spectacular! Beautiful, eccentric, funny, great visuals, great aquatic and gymnastics expertise. The theater is big and beautiful, the attendants friendly. absolutely a must see!
google avatar

John G.

Yelp
Amazing show, possibly the best, though the New York-accented usher seemed more like a prison guard than an usher at an elite and iconic Vegas show. Huge pre show props to Guadalupe at the ticket counter. I had to switch my tickets, and Guadalupe was SO accommodating, much more helpful and pleasant than her predecessor two days earlier. Thanks Guadalupe. Also, there should be ZERO seating after the show begins. Make it just like an airline. Be in your seat or lose the fare.
google avatar

John P.

Yelp
Set my wife up to see O when I would away since she had not seen it and I seen it years ago with our daughter. This review ia based on what feedback that she gave me. She expected the show to better based on others we know who seen it, and really didn't think it was one of the better Cirque Du Soleil that she had seen especially for the ticket price. The stage and acts were entertaining but she found the show hard to follow without any narrative. Also, her seat was slightly obstructed and when I purchased the tickets there was no indication of this and she only qas madw aware of this by the reminder email she received the day before. Overall she said the venue was nice and staff friendly.
google avatar

John S.

Yelp
Best Cirque show we have seen by far. Was the plot hard to follow? Sure it was, but who cares! The set, music, costume design and acrobatics made up for it. We especially loved the set flawlesssly changing between hard surface and water. The show conjured up all the best things Cirque is known for - imagination, amazement and delirium all rolled into an entertaining package. There's a reason this show has been the flagship of Cirque in Vegas for years. We got our 202 level tickets for $67 pre tax/fee on Stubhub. The seats were comfy and the view was great, so were pleased with the price and thought it was worth every penny.
google avatar

Krysthal S.

Yelp
The performance is really nice, their talent is visible but the plot is kind of slow and the clowns jokes are not that funny, very old fashion jokes. For the price (which is high) in comparison to the other shows in Vegas, I personally think that they could step up a bit more.
google avatar

Kyle S.

Yelp
Like others have said it was difficult to pick up a story line. The actors of course were phenomenal but by the end I was glad it was over.
google avatar

Russell Y.

Yelp
The show itself and performers deserve 5 stars, but is a ticketing failure. My seats were behind a railing that obstructed the water level performances. The tickets were less expensive but had I known that price came with a blocked view I would have paid the difference. Shame on you for even selling these seats as viable. It ruined my Cirque du Soleil experience.
google avatar

Jim B.

Yelp
We saw this amazing show for the first time tonight. The performers were so terrific, great athleticism and the orchestra was also amazing. I would hope everyone could find a way to see this unbelievable spectacular.

Virga H.

Yelp
Omg, seen this twice, worth the time to travel there and the cost of admission. I heard that all costume changes happen underwater!! Beautiful acrobatics, amazing music, breath-taking stunts. I recommend seats in the middle towards the front. As soon as I go back to Vegas, I will go again.
google avatar

Rose S.

Yelp
My brother and his partner wanted to see this show when we were in Vegas. I didn't know too much about it going into the show. But it was pretty neat! The show is located inside the Bellagio and there's a gift shop outside the doors. Set in a million gallon water pool, O by Curque du Soleil is a wonderful show full of acrobatics! My recommendation is get a seat on the lower level so you can see more of what's going on. It also gets REALLY warm up in the mezzanine/upper levels because of the humidity from the pool. There were parts of the beginning of the show where we couldn't see over the railing and what was happening below. There is no narration or talking so you have to follow along with the acts. It was kinda pricey and was a great experience. Definitely want to see another show!
google avatar

Cassy B.

Yelp
O was fantastic! What a show. While in Vegas, I thought "why not"? We snagged tickets in the second row and it was amazing. We got gusts of wind, some water droplets and even felt the heat from the fire portion of the show. Which was ridiculously cool. The entire show doesn't really have a storyline to it but it was really good nonetheless. The water acts were scary and death defying. The outfits, makeup and stage sets were mesmerizing. The fire acts were truly spectacular. The jaw was completely dropped. This is only my second cirque show but it was amazing all around. I splurged on the tickets because I probably won't be back in vegas anytime soon but you can get tickets for a much more reasonable price in the back of the theater. If you have the chance, watch this show! We also got some popcorn and a pink lemonade slushee to enjoy and it was great!

Yelp
As a lover of Cirque shows, I had always wanted to see "O". I have attended many different Cirque shows in different cities, over many years and been to their traveling tent shows. When some out of town guests came last week and wanted to see it, I got my chance. We had mid level seats, pretty good. After all the ticketing fees, we paid about $227 per seat. "O" was very good. I'm glad I finally got to see it. There was a lot going on up on the stage at any given time. The technology was amazing! How they opened the pool and then returned the stage to solid ground so quickly was fascinating. My only complaint would be that guests were allowed to continue to enter the theater for at least 10 minutes after the actual show had begun which depending on your seat location meant that people were walking in front of you continuously for the first 10 minutes (I learned my lesson, don't sit just above the main aisle). Other than that, we enjoyed it immensely. My photos did not turn out as well as others already posted so no photos from me.

Yelp
This was just ok. La Reve was a lot better, at the Wynn. Long gone, unfortunately. I feel like they have an amazing pool and it was just a missed opportunity to come up with a better show. Some parts were cool. Anything with fire and rain was amazing. The houseboat scenes can be scrapped. This is Vegas, not the local community theater. Let's stay on our A-game. We saw The Awakening the day before and that was a Vegas show right there. This may be worth seeing once, but for being some of the most expensive tickets in the area, meh. The seats were comfortable and have more leg room than the seats at the Wynn, so there is that.

Yelp
Spectacular show with absolutely incredible acrobatics, stunning costuming, multiple musical instruments (including cello, piano, saxophone), elements with fire, and wonderful humorous elements, among so much more. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Honestly super disappointing. I'm a big fan of Cirque shows. There was no story to this show that I could pick up. The clown bits were way redundant and felt a little inappropriate for the amount we paid for tickets. The theatre at Bellagio was nice- comfy seats and great leg room. I would not see this. See Mystere or Love (or anything else).

Yelp
I have seen many Cirque du Soleil shows over the years which include Mystere, Luzia, Varukai, Ka, and Saltimbanco (I think I've listed them all. I may have missed one.), but I believe that among my favorites is definitely the show, O. I have always wanted to see O over the years because I've seen snippets and have heard so much about their amazing hydraulic stage, which I have learned supports 1.5 million gallons of water that goes up to 25 feet deep. So crazy that a hotel can house such a venue! I was fortunate to have front row seats with my family last week, and although I had to crank my head for the short opening comedy act, I really liked being in the front row. We had a great view of all of the talented performers and had fun getting splashed to boot! If you're on the edge of deciding to go, I would say go for it. You won't regret it!

Yelp
Bravo! Took the family here the last night of our stay at the Bellagio! Saw this show like 20 years ago and it's still good as it was! Thought the kids might not like it because it might be a bit dark, but they loved it! Sat in the lower section and it's worth it if it's your first time! FYI.. A lot of tight outfits and six pack abs flying around and diving into the water if that's your thing too!

Yelp
This one has been on my list for so long! I have seen Mystere , Love, and MJ One, but I'd always heard that O at the Bellagio was Cirque du Soleil's most popular show. Knowing that it was a water show only intrigued me more. How in the world could they do all of these acrobatics, swing around, dance, etc with water? Well just head to the show and find out! The main stage area is amazing. I have no idea who the architect was or how it was built, but it's pretty fascinating to see it go up and down. Sometimes the performers can just walk in ankle-deep water. Other times they are high diving right into it from up above. So it has the ability to go super deep. Not to mention the performers who just seem to disappear underneath it. I have no idea how that works, but also wouldn't want any spoilers. ;) This one is definitely worth seeing. One thing that frustrated me though is that when booking, it notifies you that you have to be in your seat at show time or else you will be held at the door until an opportune moment when you can be ushered to your seat. NOPE. For the first entire 15 minutes of this show, people were up and down and all over. They were just letting anyone and everyone walk in. No usher or anything. I found it highly distracting and was annoyed that I got there 10 minutes early and paid over $200 to just have people walk in front of me and the other guests for the first part of the performance. My request to Bellagio would be that they really need to stick to their word and wait until a break in the show to allow late arrivals time to get to their seats. This would allow for a more enjoyable viewing experience for those who were able to make it to their seats on time. All told, this is the best version of a pool party Vegas has to offer. Glad that I finally got to see it (although I personally prefer Love over this one).

Yelp
I went with a few friends to see O last night. It wasn't my first time seeing it, but it had been a long time since I last went. It is still as amazing as ever. I was in The 4th row, and the seats are really cozy. I had brought in a glass of wine from the sports bar, so didn't have to wait in the long line at the bar area. The show is very fast paced and entertaining. I went to the 930 showing and it finished at 11:15. It didn't feel like it was that long. I cannot recommend it enough!! A must see in the strip!!

Yelp
I first saw "O" over 20 years ago. My partner loves anything to do with water so I decided to get us tickets to experience "O". I did not remember much about the show from my first time seeing it. From what we saw, I imagine they made changes to the show. The acrobatics, synchronized swimming, and diving skills were amazing. It was a bit difficult for me to understand the plot. It was not as easy to understand as some of the other Cirque du Soleil shows I have seen. Our seats were in Section 300, way at the top. There were a few portions of the show that we could not see from our seats. I had an aisle seat in row CC and my view was blocked by a railing. There were a lot of antsy children in our section which was a bit distracting.

Yelp
Incredible experience and show! Amazing acrobats, water performances and more. Better than other Cirque du soleil's I've seen.

Yelp
Stayed at the Bellagio as an awardee from my company so we decided to book tickets for the show. Used StubHub to buy very good seats. Smack dab in the middle in section 203. Spectacular water show that captured my whole attention for 90 mins! The in between clown acts were hilarious too.

Yelp
I had seen O back in 2003 when in Vegas for my honeymoon. It was my first Cirque show and I remember really enjoying it. Fast forward 20 years later when coming to Vegas for a concert with my 7 year old and talking them into seeing this show (they saw KA and we all enjoyed it). They wanted to see a magician and I wish we would have done that. This show was just really underwhelming. I forgot how much of the show was the clowns. A lot of the elements I remember as being super impressive the first time were just meh this time around. I think the most impressive segment is the one on the ship (aerial). We had front row seats as I had worried if we had upper level seats, my 7 year old would not have been able to see and I am just upset I spent $400+ on a show that was just meh. I wish I would have went to see Mystery which has kids pricing or the magician my kid wanted to see. Overall the water element is a cool feature but this was not a show I would see again (2x is plenty). It was also frustrating after the show was over we were crammed like sardines all the way to the exit. The signage for where to get ride share is poor also so we had to go to the taxi queue which was a long line and the taxi was super expensive. I will see other Cirque shows when in Vegas but wouldn't come back to this one.

Yelp
I wanted to love this show. But it does not match the hype surrounding it. There are better cirque shows. The price of tickets definitely not worth it. Our seats were $252 each plus fees, coming out to nearly $600. The view was not complete of the stage and there was no indication of that when purchasing. In fact, the exact opposite was true. The approximate view was very misleading. Having said all of that, the performers are amazing. But if you are looking for the classic cirque shows with the aerial acrobatics, this is not the show for you. The story line was not easy to follow. The clowns were not funny and took up way too much time. I was ready for it to be over. Spend your money elsewhere. For us this was our splurge and what I was looking forward to the most, but I honestly feel massively ripped off.

Yelp
This is the second show I've seen from the Cirque Du Soleil franchise and I was really excited to finally pull the trigger to purchase the tickets. The tickets were way pricier than Mystere, but I decided to finally watch the show because it's one of the top rated and it has aquatics! I went with the Loggia Luxe seats (Section 200, Row R, Seats 220-222). The seats are close to the VIP section, is the only row in the section with swivel chairs, no obstructed view and has table service. The price for these seats were worth it (~$150 - also depends on which day you go). It was the highlight of the show because I was comfortable with an amazing view. The show itself was great and I loved that the stage was able to transform into a pool and the mechanics of it all. I did wish there were more aerial/flying out to the center of the stage act, but I know since they're water-based, it would be a huge mess. The music was captivating! My ultimate favorite part was when the singer came out in a white dress while the performer was on a swing/beam and balancing her body on her head! The whole sequence/performance made me in awe and the scene was beautiful with the synchronized performance and props. If I had to compare this to Mystere, I prefer Mystere only because the fluidity of the show was much better. I do agree with some previous reviews that the story line is vague and the clown parts need to be cut shorter or incorporate a different kind of scene while they are setting up for the next performance. It was a bit boring for me to watch. Don't get me wrong though, I would still go watch this and finalize an opinion for yourself! LASTLY, the show allows you to take pictures only in the beginning and end. Please don't be THAT attendee that takes pictures and videos with/without flash on during the show and cause disruptions! There were so many people in lower sections doing this and it was very noticeable. Please respect the show, as well as other attendees.
